Big Chips CNC collects only the information needed to answer quote requests, coordinate product orders, and follow up with customers.
What we store
- Contact details you provide, such as name, email, phone number, and preferred reply method.
- Quote-request details, including material, quantity, timeline, customization notes, and any other project information you send.
- Product order details, fulfillment status, payment status, and pickup/shipping notes when those features are enabled.
- Basic server logs used for security, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.
What we never do
- We do not sell customer information.
- We do not publish private quote or order details.
- We do not use customer information for unrelated marketing lists without permission.
Orders, pickup, shipping, and tax
Products can currently be ordered by phone or email while online checkout is finalized. Local pickup is planned as an option. Shipped orders will use carrier rates once shipping details are finalized.
